Now proudly led by Georgina Brown, 4th Dan Black Belt with over 24 years of kickboxing experience, fight history, and a teaching qualification (PGCE), Rok-Ard continues to grow stronger every year.

Since its rebirth in 2020, the Rok-Ard family has expanded, along with the range of classes we offer. Whether you're looking for all-inclusive kickboxing sessions, high-energy Sparring Classes, a dedicated Flexibility Class, or a fun fitness boost in our Kick-Ass-Cise sessions – there’s something for everyone.

We remain true to our core ethos:
Family-Friendly Kickboxing for All.
We’re proud to be deeply rooted in our community, actively supporting local charities and creating a space where everyone belongs.
